1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of booking if the site survey has not yet been completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

• If you cancel before the procurement of materials, 100% refund of advance payment will be issued.

• If materials have been procured but installation has not started, a deduction of actual costs incurred will apply.

• Once installation work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  

3. System Performance Guarantee

All installations come with a 5-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties for panels and inverters.

4. Defective Products

In case of defective panels or equipment, we will arrange repair or replacement as per manufacturer warranty terms, not a cash refund.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
